When a person with overeating issues gets depressed, food is often what they use to seek comfort. You are not helping. You are not being supportive. You are not giving us “tough love.” You are triggering our depression and causing us to eat even more.

Girls girls girls do this!!! This is the workout that helped me to get rid of alot of the lower fat… if you are like me and end up rolling around :D put your hands into a diamond shape and put it under your butt to stop you from rolling, try it i swear you will see results asap

Make sure to do it slowly and controlled like she is. Do not swing your legs. You want your lower abdominals to do the work, not the momentum from you swinging your legs. Be sure to contract while performing. I do these while lying on a decline bench the opposite way to add resistance.

k but I weighed myself kind of late at night and I was 153 lbs, that’s without eating dinner at that point. the next day I weighed myself and I only weighed like 130 lbs. ????? that’s a lot more that normal fluctuation… I mean I might have been retaining water and food might not have been properly digested? but a good 20 lbs???
